When a problem occurs please check the following lists before contacting your Migun distributor.
Following the operational instructions carefully will ensure that the product functions properly.

| LED on the remote control doesn’t turn on. |
Is the remote control cable disconnected? |
Plug the cable into the remote control terminal properly. |
| Is the power plug plugged into the outlet? |
Plug the power plug into a correct 240V AC outlet. |
| Is the main power switch turned off? |
Turn the main power switch on. |
| Is the power outlet 240V AC? |
Plug the power plug into a correct 240V AC outlet. |
| The internal jade probes do not move. |
Does the display monitor show ‘00’? |
It is normal before an operation starts. Press the start/stop button. |
| Is the ‘main’ or ‘lower’ LED below/above the pause buttons on? |
The movement is paused. Press a proper pause button once to resume the movement. |
| Is the manual operation LED on? |
The product is in the manual mode. Press a temperature/movement button to move the internal jade probes. |
| The external jade massage heads do not turn on. |
Are the connecting cables for the external jade projectors disconnected? |
Plug the cables into the proper external unit terminals. |
| Are the power switches for the external jade projectors off? |
Turn the power switches on. |
| Is the power plug plugged into the outlet? |
Plug the power plug into a correct 240V AC outlet. |
| Is the main power switch turned off? |
Turn the main power switch on. |
| The temperature setting of the external jade projectors cannot be controlled. |
Is the manual operation LED on? |
Set the product to an automatic operation to set the temperature of the external jade projectors. |
